Professor Ben Ami Bravdo

A faculty member of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is one of the leading scientists of modern viticulture in the world. Prof. Bravdo is the chairman of the expert committee for viticulture of the O.I.V. His research on the relationship between vine canopy growth and the wine quality granted him international reputation and prestigious awards.

Professor Oded Shoseyov

A faculty member of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Prof. Shoseyov is a former student of Prof. Bravdo. In his PhD thesis he studied the biochemistry of grape and wine flavor evolution. His current research is in biotechnology and processes in the vineyard and the winery that affect wine quality.
